At PAIGE we are building an artificial intelligence that will revolutionize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer. 

We are backed by $25 million series A financing and an exclusive data licensing agreement with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  We are also the first to have AIRI, the most advanced architecture ever built for scale-out AI, with a GPU performance of over 10 petaFLOPS.

We pair digitized pathology slides with clinical notes and our machine learning algorithms to allow pathologists to reach diagnoses faster and more accurately.  Pathologists can use our vendor-agnostic slide viewer application to access our algorithms and to view digitized slides.  

We’re seeking an in-house Technical Recruiter to join us.  In this position you’ll play an instrumental role in adding to our team of world-leading experts in AI, software engineering and pathology.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all PAIGE roles.  Most of those roles will be highly specialized, and you will search for the best candidates worldwide.  
  • You’ll have full ownership of PAIGE’s talent outreach strategy, and you’ll work our full team to ensure that your strategy aligns with PAIGE’s overall growth and marketing strategies.  
  • Manage our talent acquisition vendor network and maintain our candidate management software.  
  • Collaborate with the rest of HR and with our leadership team to ensure accurate position descriptions (PDs) are created and maintained.  The team will be seeking your your advice on how best to refine our PDs to align with market availability.  
  • Overall have input on our growth strategy.  PAIGE is currently a small team of under 20 employees, so your voice will be heard and valued as we scale up!  

Required qualifications and experience:

  • You’re a strong collaborator and a fantastic communicator.
  • You have an ethical and respectful approach to candidate management.    
  • You enjoy taking the lead and have proven experience influencing key stakeholders. 
  • You have at least five years’ previous experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least two of those years having been recruitment of technical roles.
  • Ideally you yourself have previously worked within a tech role yourself, eg. as a Software Engineer.
